This position will play a critical role in supporting the organization as it continues to transform. Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
- Prepare analysis over billing roles/rates and client and project profitability
- Compiling standard monthly reporting metrics for corporate. Including the supporting the development of the Reporting Package and the development of the monthly deck for presentation to corporate.
- Assist in preparation of financial dashboards and reporting of key performance metrics using accurate and quality data.
- Maintain and update standard reporting & analysis to support operational decisions
(revenue capacity, utilization, etc.) - Assist in reporting requests from business leaders
- Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual budget forecasting cycles
- Assist in the monthly analytical review of forecasting including comparisons to budget
- Regularly prepare BD report and monitor sales tracking
- Prepare standard & Ad-hoc models
- Assist in integrations of systems and acquisitions, Pro-Forma reporting
Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum concentration accounting, finance or business
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
Other Required:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong MS Office literacy e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Self-starting attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow rapidly
- Proven critical thinking, analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work
- Ability to process and analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative information
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, and an ability to build credibility with external and internal stakeholders
Preferred:
- Professional Services experience a plus
- Experience interacting across all levels of the organization
- Financial software migration experience a plus
- Salesforce, QuickBooks & Infor experience a plus
