In the Sales Account Manager role, you will help the management team in managing multiple in-store marketing campaigns throughout area for our clients.
This role is ENTRY-LEVEL!
Responsibilities:
- Set-up and execute in-store marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
- Utilize strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment
- Coach, train, and develop others for the overall success of the team
- Keep up to date with client promotions
- Manage customer acquisition and retention by effectively training team members to represent our client compliantly in-store.
New Sales Account Managers are trained on daily operations by a more experienced Assistant Director through on-site training experience. This ensures they are learning each aspect of the business separately to ensure optimal success throughout the training.
