Physical Therapist - Sr. Living/ ALF/ Sub-Acute

Overview:

A full-time split Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT),position isavailable in a beautiful senior living community in the assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings located in York and a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility located in Kittery. Travel time and mileage are paid when splitting time in between two facilities on one day.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in the assisted living, independent living, sub-acute/skilled nursing and outpatient clinic settings
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.
