Job Description: As the General Manager of Preferred Trailers, you will play a pivotal role in the overall management and growth of our dealership. Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales, service, and administrative staff to achieve sales and service targets.
2. Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Monitor and analyze sales performance regularly.
3. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service at all times. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
4. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, procurement, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining a diverse and well-maintained trailer selection.
5. Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts. Implement cost-control measures where necessary.
6. Compliance: Ensure the dealership operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
7. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive business growth.
