The Pregnancy Care Center of Grants Pass provides medical services, education, and resources that give value to human life while offering hope and restoration. Established in 1988, the PCC operates as a trusted, community-funded, faith-based, non-profit accredited medical clinic in southern Oregon. Services are provided free of charge to all, regardless of age, gender, marital status, race, sexual orientation, disability, or religious belief.

Applicant Must:
- Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and sexual purity.
- Agree with and be willing to uphold the Statement of Values and policies of the center.
- Possess excellent customer service abilities, with good interpersonal communication skills.
- Be able to perform routine clerical duties and multi-task, with attention to detail.
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database software.
- Maintain current CPR certification.
- Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, financial, and patient/client information.
Responsibilities:
Reception:
- Responsible for scheduling patients/clients for all appointments within the organization; making reminder calls and scheduling text message reminders.
- Answer phones, screen phone calls, and schedule staff appointments.
- Work with leadership to continually improve service at the front desk.
- Greet patients/clients in a timely manner; ensure all applicable paperwork is completed by patient/client.
- Maintain PCC email account.
- Maintain a professional and neat facility at all times including lobby, bathrooms, break room, garbage, outdoor space, etc.
- Operate front desk in accordance with the understanding of safety and HIPPA regulations.
General Operations:
- Maintain and report on general office supply inventory levels. Conduct online orders of office, medical, and other supplies as needed.
- Assist with data entry and filing for all departments as needed.
- Perform opening or closing duties, as necessary.
- Attend regular and special staff meetings; serve on Safety Committee.
- Data entry of Patient Satisfaction Surveys.
- Work with the Office Manager to maintain the center schedule and communicate schedules with leadership.
- Manage incoming donations and the donation log.
- Act as the “Medical Records Coordinator” in following all policies and procedures to ensure confidentiality and proper access and handling of medical records.
- Assist the Office Manager in communicating with volunteers and sending thank you cards.
- Compile center-wide statistics (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Assist with staff event planning and preparation as needed.
- Assist all departments in other tasks as needed.
