Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strategic vision, and a proven track record in management roles. Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director provides leadership for all PCC ministries to fulfill the mission and oversight of all programs and policies, including the following areas:
1. Working effectively with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and other interested parties to assess, develop, implement and impart PCC vision and mission.
2. Overseeing the implementation of advancement goals, fundraising activities and donor care.
3. Directing and overseeing PCC client ministries, programs and services.
4. Facilitating community outreach activities and networking with area agencies.
5. Overseeing the financial health and viability of PCC.
6. Providing supervision and support for staff and volunteers as well as assessing the center’s need for staff/ volunteers and assuring effective recruitment.
7. Implementing all Board policy according to the requirements of the by-laws and mission statement in accordance with state and federal law as it applies to non-profit ministries.
Education and Credentials:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training, preferably in business management, organizational leadership or related field. Prior management experience required. Experience working with nonprofit organizations is a plus.

Personal and Spiritual Qualities:
-Committed Christian for at least five years, maintaining a close personal walk with Jesus Christ and involved in a Bible believing local fellowship. Must adhere 100% to the mission, statement of faith and principles of PCC. Must demonstrate a heart for evangelism, as well as a consistent life-affirming philosophy.
