The Opportunity:
Premier Headquarters, located in Northbrook Illinois, is seeking a talented and focused Graphic Designer. As part of our Marketing Team, the candidate will support the overall departmental strategy through creation, editing, design and administrative support. This role will be 80% Graphic Design, 20% Administrative Support. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for supporting the development of Premier’s Rewards Program, Beyond Beauty through print pieces, presentations, reports, external emails, and social content. This role will directly assist the Agency Manager with any administrative support.
Applicants must provide a portfolio of current design work with their application to be considered.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Design and edit digital content for branding, product marketing, and social platforms, and assist the Agency Manager with day-to-day tasks including but not limited to:
- Creating digital and print media for website design, emails, social media, post cards, brochures, and more.
- Track reward points using and excel tracker.
- Organizing marketing request from out top salons, completing request, and sending final assets.
- Working with Account Executives on Salons’ points, marketing requests, and the enrollment process.
- Support enrollment by updating forms and trackers.
- Creating Excel Dashboards and reports.
- Connecting with the Marketing Coordinator on Beyond Beauty’s social media presence, upcoming events, and more.
- Updating and maintaining our Digital Resources portal with assets from our brands.
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials in collaboration with the Agency Manager.
- Collaborate on concepts by studying information and materials.
- Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, typography, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed on or ahead of deadline provided.
- Create videos/animations/graphics to market products, promotions, and brands.
- Maintain established corporate brand standards and consistency of message across all published materials and media.
- Assist in daily activity of the marketing department (i.e., scheduling meetings, creating presentations and reports, design over flow and more.)
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year of graphic design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Experience in graphic design programs including Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Experience in email marketing. HTML and website design experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Must be a self-starter and organized with time management skills. Passionate about growing and evolving as an individual and as a company.
- Strong interpersonal skills – be able to listen, take direction well. Must be able to collaborate with current graphic designers on the team.

- Salary range is $45,000 to $52,000 annually!
