Job Posting for dining room manager at Premier Cadbury
We are looking for 2 part time dining room managers. Rotating weekend required.
Monitor every form of service that is being rendered to customers within the facility.
Attend to or addresses all resident issues, and maintain customer satisfaction at all times.
Make sure that workers adhere to the Departments operation and/or service standards.
Oversee inventory of all dining products and make sure to make purchases when there is a shortage of needed items.
Help in the recruitment and training of suitable employees within the facility.
Make sure that a clean and healthy dining area is maintained at all times.
Maintains staffing to an effective level to perform all duties as assigned.
Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications: (Include required education, certifications, licenses and experience.)
Excellent communication skills; good interpersonal skills and abilities; must possesses an impressive level of leadership skills and/or qualities; must be willing to work as part of a team or even lead a team ; good coordination and organizational qualities; good time management skills; cleanliness; must understand the rudimentary of customer service and efficient deliver; ability to pay attention to details; a minimum of 3 year relevant work experience as a dining manager;
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift 50# on a regular basis, carry a service tray on shoulder and be on feet for extended period.
