We are looking to hire a Full Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Day Supports program in Grants Pass!


Premier Community Supports provides Day Support Services to Individuals with intellectual and development disabilities. This important social service provides individuals with community-based activities such as day trips, walks, meal outings, and participation in community events, etc. This is an exciting opportunity for Individuals and the public to interact with each other outside the home.

DSP's have daily opportunities to make a BIG difference in the life of an Individual by supporting daily life skills, support community interactions, build a social network, go on outings, and just have FUN!

Premier offers:

  • $18 per hour!
  • 401K offered after 90 days of employment with up to 4% employer match!
  • Premier pays for 24 hours annual training, OIS & CPR/First Aid Training
  • PT & FT DSPs accrue up to 40 hours of paid time off a year
  • PTO cash out option after 1 year
  • No cost health plan available for DSPs who work more than 26 hours per pay period
  • Dental & Vision for FT DSPs after 6 months of employment and Premier pays 50%
  • Paid 1st and 16th of the month

Requirements

*Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record

*PCS is a Drug Free Workplace
