What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Maintenance / Handy Person position at Premier Dental Laboratory?
Duties:
- Well-rounded person to perform general building and equipment maintenance/ repairs at 2 office locations in South St. Paul and Eagan
- Perform company vehicle maintenance checks and coordinate repairs/maintenance with local repair shop
- Winter snow removal and morning start-ups for company vehicles.
- Cleaning and maintenance of lab areas and machines
- Coordinate specialized machine repairs or projects with contractors
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are required
- Knowledge of basic mechanical systems and facilities/vehicle maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and analytically
