The Learning Grove Academy is a licensed childcare center seeking full-time Lead Teachers to support our infant, toddler and two-year-old classrooms!
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass all background checks. A plus if you have previous childcare experience!
Compensation: $14.50-16.50/hour based on education and experience.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm

- Implement activities that encourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
- Take direction, accept constructive criticism, and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.
- Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
- Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
- Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
