Overview:
Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Program Manager II with at least 8 years of related experience leading enterprise IT or change management and configuration management or customer advocacy and support programs. At least 3 years of proven experience managing a program delivering one or more of these support Services.
This is a full-time position located in Washington, DC. This position is currently a full-time remote position until the Government agency provides a date to reopen. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall execution of a task order or program area to include resource management, task management and financial management as applicable. Proven ability to interface directly with Government customers. Oversees all aspects of the program area.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) strongly preferred.
- Previous ITSM Experience with Remedy and ServiceNow desired.
- ITIL Framework implementation Experience and ITIL Foundation or higher Certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing contract financials
- Experience working in a mixed contractor environment with multiple integrated teams and geographical locations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs.
- Strong customer relations experience including positive and proactive customer engagement to resolve issues and challenges as they arise.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to continuously increase efficiency and reduce errors using multiple methods such as ticket analysis, process development, job aids, training, organizational management, and motivation.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure and IT disciplines (Server, Storage, Network, Telecommunications, Hosting, etc.)
