- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competitor's products and offers.
- Upselling products and services.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Develops/closes by checking customers’ history, suggesting related items, and explaining technical features.
- Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership to accomplish new and different objectives.
