We are currently seeking a Equipment Coordinator/Warehouse Associate to join our Denver location.

The Equipment Coordinator evaluates, diagnoses, rebuilds, and repairs home medical equipment, including oxygen concentrators, liquid oxygen equipment, and portable oxygen concentrators.
- Maintains records of repairs as directed by supervisor
- Prepare for and ship all repaired equipment
- Proper packaging to avoid damage of equipment in transit is critical
- Direct the work of other Equipment Techs when called upon to do so
- Takes inventory of parts on a periodic basis
- May be required to purchase parts for inventory
Responsibilities:
- Reviews orders as to patient, number of cans, and special requests
- Selects proper size box and packs order securely
- Seals box neatly and securely
- Enters shipping destination into carriers’ program and affixes shipping label to shipping container
- Loads the UPS trailer
- Maintains adequate supply of shipping containers and supplies
- Unloads incoming trucks
- Knowledgeable of manual pallet jack and walk-behind forklift
Receives all shipments
- Documents packing slip or invoice
- Counts pieces being received
- Stocks shelves and rotates inventory
- Maintains warehouse and shipping area
Education/Experience
- Must possess good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Must be computer-literate -- including Microsoft Office
- Must be able to read and interpret instructions
- Excellent Documentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must have high school diploma (GED)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
