We are looking to add our next Rock Star! We are looking for an entry-level Quality and Inventory Control Associate (QCA) to ensure our facility's product accuracy and quality standards are met.

What you can expect your workday to look like.
Utilizing FDA / USDA guidelines to inspect inbound products to meet company standards and provide the best quality product possible.
- Identifying discrepancies resulting from inventory transfers, repacks, and receiving errors to reduce or minimize product loss to remain cost-effective.
- Utilizing FDA / USDA guidelines to inspect on-hand inventory to meet company standards and provide the best quality product possible while minimizing product loss.
Daily duties for each area of responsibility.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control *
- When a product is received, the QCA will document and photograph unacceptable substandard products and submit the documentation to the Procurement Department. Management System (WMS).
- Notifies other members of the QC team and warehouse supervisor regarding any First-In-First-Out (FIFO) overrides.
- Determines the condition of all products Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and tracks product errors that may affect inventory accuracy.
Will restock products ensuring the return to inventory protocols are followed.
- Disposes of substandard products and makes appropriate physical inventory adjustments in WMS.
- Removes substandard products out of inventory and completes inventory adjustments. Performs quality inspection on a regular schedule and as needed.
Inventory Control *
- Identifies inventory discrepancies resulting from inventory transfers, repacks, or receiving errors.
- Supports month-end inventory process, helps count and reconcile products on hand, and updates WMS.
- Performs inventory counts on schedule, closely manages product slotting, and always remains aware of product locations and labels.
