Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by assisting the sales team with cold calling, lead generation and building lasting relationships with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets through effective coordination, organization, and proactive communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Initiate and conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services, identify their needs, and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and attentive follow-up.
  • Lead Management: Manage and update the CRM system with accurate information regarding leads, prospects, and client interactions to ensure effective tracking and follow-up.
  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets, including coordinating meetings, preparing sales presentations, and facilitating sales transactions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, share insights, and develop targeted campaigns to generate leads and promote brand awareness.
  • Training and Development: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Prolonged periods of driving vehicle, standing, walking, sitting, speaking, typing on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment: Office spaces, mechanical rooms, trade events.

Pay: Starting at $22-25/hour
