Your future role
- Ensure that candidates are consistent with Premier Tech's Culture and Values
- Accompany candidates through the pre-qualification process
- Participate in preselection interviews — mostly by videoconference
- Develop a professional network within our various fields
- Suggest and develop marketing strategies to attract talent
- Write attractive and personalized job offers
- Participate in recruitment events
- Source potential candidates — daily
- Orchestrate visits at the office and deliver the Premier Tech Experience
