Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential new and existing clients to dissect their needs and come up with the best products and service packages that exceed their expectations
- Inform clients of new sales or promotions we are offering to improve client acquisition and enhance professional relationships
- Work closely with other Account Manager Trainees to improve sales tactics and gain additional knowledge on our clients by attending meetings and webinars
- Drive growth of the client's portfolio and increase brand recognition by representing their brand in a professional manner
- Expand business reach through networking techniques and analyzing competitor sales data to develop a cutting edge against the competition
- Maintain operational procedures for new and existing accounts by storing important client information, including sales package, address, billing information, and client name, accurately and confidentially
- Troubleshoot client complaints and overturn objections that may arise by presenting the benefits of our services and products
Account Manager Trainee Qualifications:
- Previous experience in account management, sales, client relations, or other related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Communications or Finance is preferred
- Proven ability to drive account sales and develop trusting relationships with clients as well as fellow team members
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as individually
- Open-minded to constructive criticism and implement advice seamlessly
- Proven ability to articulate customer needs and deliver impeccable customer service
- Confident in presenting products to clients and closing sales as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
