Responsible for utilizing professional sales skills and sales advancement techniques to achieve established sales.
Must have the ability to evaluate the expressed objections, needs and desires of the Presbyterian SeniorCare Network prospects and to communicate market trends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Identifies and suggests innovative approaches and helps implement performance improvement opportunities. Complies with Presbyterian SeniorCare Network policy and procedure in accordance with governing laws, regulations, regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies and facility standards. Consistently demonstrates individual and team behavior that supports our person-centered culture, the Woodside philosophy, and the mission, values and behavior standards of the Network. Maintains confidentiality. Other duties may be assigned.
• Conducts callouts per month in accordance with goals set in conjunction with VP of Sales Marketing, and Communications and Community Administrator.
• Meets/exceeds prospective member/resident appointments plus new professional appointments per month, set in conjunction with VP of Sales Marketing, and Communications and Community Administrator.
• Presents informational seminars on business line to prospective members and community groups
• Completes the sales cycle with new and existing prospects by making initial contact, establishing rapport, making home visits, providing follow-up and closing in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
• Responsible for maintaining and exceeding budget census goals.
• Maintains contact with prospects as necessary through written correspondence, including follow-up letters, phone calls, emails and handwritten thank you notes.
• Maintains accurate records on prospects, members/residents and additional contacts in contact management database.
• Inputs into CRM and maintains current lead information from telephone contacts and appointments that are consistently accurate and up to date.
• Generates lead and outreach activity reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Communicates in-depth knowledge of standard and optional services, pricing, and administrative guidelines under which the community operates.
• Assists prospects in selection of plan and/or selection of apartment interiors, prepares selection and renovation forms.
• Collects confidential application data from prospects and processes to the appropriate department/individual in a timely manner.
• Accurately explains and assists with application process procedure, from initial inquiry through enrollment/closing process.
• Participates in public relations/marketing events.
• Creates and maintains effective markets for Presbyterian SeniorCare Network by developing and sustaining effective referral relationships.
• Maintains Outreach/Referral/Contacts within database of CRM
• Takes initiative to solve problems and recommends improvement of department procedure and intra or interdepartmental processes. Attends meetings or professional training and development seminars as needed.
• Maintains contact with new members/residents to generate referrals.
• Interacts as appropriate with administration/operations staff and residents/members.
• Frequently works additional and non-routine hours in order to accommodate prospects’ schedules and sales objectives.
• Responsible for bi-annual competitive analysis
• Responsible for written quarterly Marketing Plans

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from accredited college or university; minimum three years’ experience in marketing and/or sales field. Management skills and experience in working with aging adults would be an asset.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Other Qualifications
Ability to deal effectively with all levels of management and employees.
