What are the responsibilities and job description for the ASL Interpreter position at Prescient Technologies?
Prescient Technologies is seeking highly-skilled, knowledgeable, and self-motivated American Sign Language Interpreters in support of the National Park Service to provide ASL services to attendees of the Inaugural Lands Academy Training in Shepherdstown, WV. Our ideal candidates will be dedicated to achieving and maintaining a high level of professionalism while working with deaf and hard of hearing attendees.
The interpreter shall provide Sign Language Interpreting Services from American Sign Language (ASL) format to English as well as English to ASL.
Interpreter services may range from simple to complex and may be sensitive in nature.

Required Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of professional experience as an ASL Interpreter
- Proficient in sign to voice and voice to sign transliteration
- Strong interpreting voice and lip-reading skills
