La Posada Hotel is seeking a Sales & Catering Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in coordinating and executing all aspects of sales and catering events at our hotel.
Responsibilities
- Assist, coordinate and execute all aspects of sales and catering events, including meetings, conferences, weddings, and other special events
- Respond to inquiries and requests for proposals in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
- Prepare contracts and proposals for clients
- Ensure all events are executed flawlessly and to the satisfaction of the client
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all events and clients
- 2 years of experience in sales and catering in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations
