Job Posting for Customer Service Rep (Call Center) at Press-One Customer Care
Help us help customers manage subscription boxes. You’ll be answering phone calls from the comfort of your home. You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a newer model computer, and a dedicated, quiet workspace where you can train and work without interruptions.
You will be assisting customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues. Our ideal applicant is very comfortable in a high-call volume environment and ready to stay busy!
Job Requirements:
Required availability includes start times as early as 6am MST M-F and 9am MST Saturday and Sunday
Reliable internet connection (A minimum of 50 Mbps download speed).
PC or Laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS.
A dedicated, quiet workspace.
Excellent reading/writing skills.
Ability to work 32 hours per week, minimum.
Cyber Monday & Black Friday Required.
Ability to work at least one weekend day per week
Solid PC skills (data entry, systems navigation, basic troubleshooting, etc.)
