Help us provide great customer service for our newspaper and magazine subscribers!
Duties:
Duties:
- You will be assisting customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues.
- Our ideal applicant is very comfortable in a high-call volume environment and ready to stay busy!
- Previous experience using CRM software for the management of and access to customer records is also preferred.

Job Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection (A minimum of 50 Mbps download speed).
- A dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Excellent reading/writing skills.
- Ability to work 30 hours per week, minimum.
- Hours of operation are 5:00AM-4:00PM Mon-Fri, 5:00AM-10:00AM Sat & Sun
- Ability to work at least one weekend day a week
- Live in the state of Wyoming
