Jewelry Associate

We are currently hiring for Full-Time positions at our Sacramento Location (4606 Franklin Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95820).

Job will pay Hourly Large Commission & Bonuses

This is a HUGE opportunity if you have a strong background in credit and customer service, you will excel in a company with 20 years in the jewelry industry.

We are looking for individuals with 2 years of customer service. Bi-lingual required (SPANISH)

Job Summary:
: Customer service (friendly and positive daily attitude)
: Assist in the opening, closing and daily duties required to achieve store goals and operational standards.

Duties include but are not limited to:

: Cash handling

: Opening and Closing Procedures

: Customer Service

: Collect on past due accounts

: Achieve and exceed monthly collection goals

: Be responsible for securing payment arrangements with customers and bringing accounts current (by phone or field collection)

: Consistently and accurately document all information pertaining to accounts

: Ability to communicate in a respectful and assertive manner

Qualifications:

: Collection’s experience (helpful)

: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills

: Basic reading and math skills (Ability to compute basic math calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages is preferred)

: Good organizational skills

: Valid Driver’s license and insurance

: Bi-Lingual Preferred (Spanish)
