- Conduct patient assessments, providing personalized health coaching and making recommendations for nutritional improvement.
- Ensure the dietary department is in compliance with all relevant regulations, including those related to tube feeding and patient nutrition.
- Supervise a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage and maintain a safe and clean food environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
- Develop and manage budgets for the dietary department, ensuring efficient use of resources.
