Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Receiving Clerk to manage the receipt, documentation, and storage of supplies in our warehouse.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for unloading trucks, verifying merchandise, and ensuring accurate stock placement.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Efficiently unload and load trucks, ensuring careful handling of merchandise.
• Utilize scan guns to accurately track and document inventory.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks.
• Safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Organize and store stock in the appropriate areas.
• Perform receiving tasks, including inspecting, counting, and verifying shipments against purchase orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in a receiving or similar role within a warehouse setting.
• Ability to operate a scan gun and perform basic mathematical operations (addition / subtraction) for inventory management.
• Strong physical endurance; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be E-verified and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English or bilingual (English and another language) for safety communication purposes.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
Compensation :
• $17 / hr
