Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:
- Understanding of the assigned functional group and an understanding of Human Resources which will be leveraged to align functional needs to global strategic priorities of the firm;
- Building and sustaining relationships, focusing on the client and managing projects and economics;
- Driving continuous improvement by conducting business performance analysis against targeted function measures to influence staff and functional leadership;
- Developing and driving HR thought leadership and strategy relative to the needs of the functional group;
- Managing projects and leading and directing Network Human Capital Operations initiatives that span the network functional teams;
- Functioning and operating independently with minimal supervision;
- Acting as the Senior HC Operations advisor to the PwC Tech/NIS/GCDO function and key collaborator with Non-Tech Network Functional HC team on key HC initiatives;
- Focusing on the development of network human capital approach in support of the network HC programs and initiatives including overall HC Operations, Role Management, Compensation Strategy and HC business value within the PwC Tech/NIS/GCDO organization at the leadership level; and,
- Creating/reviewing correspondence, presentations, business cases or other written communications.
