Your mission?

As the Senior Talent Management Specialist, you will focus on identifying, nurturing, and managing talent within the organization, overseeing performance management, and helping employees map their career paths. You will participate in the new development processes implementation. You will work closely with the Learning and Development Lead to ensure that our workforce is equipped with the skills and abilities to meet the company's strategic goals.

Your role is crucial in aligning our workforce with the strategic goals of company, and adhering to our business values of Fast, Flexible, Friendly, and Fair. This senior position requires a skilled professional adept at partnering with senior leadership, driving performance, and ensuring a culture of trust, integrity, fairness, and fun.

You will be in charge of…

1. Strategic Talent management

  • Identify, nurture, and manage talent within the organization
  • Oversee performance management and support employees in mapping their career path
  • Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees and emerging leaders

2. Talent Development and Succession Planning:

  • Develop and implement talent development programs to support career growth
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
  • Facilitate coaching and mentoring programs to enhance employee performance.

3. Data-Driven Strategy

  • Analyze talent data and metrics to inform talent management strategies.
  • Create and maintain career development frameworks, working actively with the company’s Career Path Map

4. Employee Engagement and Satisfaction:

  • Utilize employee satisfaction survey data to evolve employee engagement and happiness
  • Support the implementation of the Culture Squad project.

5. Learning and Development Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Learning and Development Lead to align workforce skills with company goals.
  • Stay updated with innovations and trends in the L&D market.

6. Project Management

  • Oversee multiple talent management projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

7. Leadership and Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on talent management

What should you have to succeed?

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in talent management or related field, with proven leadership experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional project management, leadership, communication, interpersonal, and strategic execution and presentation skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Trustworthy, integral, fair, and capable of fostering a fun and engaging work environment.
  • Coming from IT/SW/SaaS company would be a plus.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends in areas mentioned above.
  • Fluent in Czech and English

  • Any location in Czech Republic (ideally Prague)
