Pride Health is hiring a Staff ER RN to support our client’s medical facility at Lancaster,
OH. This is a 13-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
The registered nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care using the nursing process. Accepts responsibility for the direction of co-workers and delegation of role-appropriate tasks in the implementation of care. Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance to the established FMC policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Job Qualifications
Education: Associate degree in nursing. Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Valid RN license to practice in the State of Ohio. CPR, BLS/BCLS, ACLS, PALS
Experience: Previous Registered Nursing experience preferred.

Essential Job Functions
Job Expectations and Responsibilities:
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care of each patient according to the nursing process.
Provides quality care based on assessment needs and established plan of care/pathway.
Provides education for the patient and family/significant other from admission through the discharge process.
Provides thorough, concise, accurate, and legible documentation of the nursing process/pathway.
Notifies the physician of pertinent observations and changes in the status of the patient.
Administers medications and performs treatments in an accurate safe manner.
Implements physician orders as written.
Assures equipment and supplies are readily available for patient care, reporting malfunctions to the proper department.

Location: Lancaster, OH
Job Type: 13-Weeks contract
Schedule: Full Time - Nights 7 p.m.-7:30 a.m.
Travel Pay Package Breakdown:
W2 (Taxable): $31/hr.
Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,295/week.
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
