What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phlebotomist position at Pride Health?
Pride Health is hiring for a Phlebotomist to support our client's healthcare organization in Baldwin, WI. This is a 3 months assignment (possibility of extension or conversion).
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $16.20-17/hr. (Pay rate depends on experience, expertise, and education)
Duties:
Performs blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups
Performs specimen processing in a safe, accurate, and professional manner.
Performs order entry; retrieves and verifies patient collection data and patient special notations using appropriate sources.
Education/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required.
