Pride Health is hiring an Revenue Integrity Analyst for one of its clients in Hartford, CT (Fully remote).
This is a 3-month contract with a possible extension with competitive pay and benefits.

Location – Hartford, CT (Fully remote)
Pay range - $40 - $45 per hour on W2.
Length of assignment – 3 months possible extension
Shift – 9:00 -5:00 Monday – Friday
Job Description
Administer structured processes and approaches relating to the Charge Description Master (CDM), l appeals related to Revenue Integrity and revenue compliance across Hartford Healthcare Systems (HHC).
Optimize methods to automate and eliminate waste while increasing cash and minimizing revenue leakage through direct oversight of high-quality and cost-effective services.
Serve as the HHC representative by providing feedback in the financial decision-making in collaboration with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Identifies and communicates external developments of revenue integrity process such as regulatory changes, new technologies, etc.
Required
5 years of progressive on-the-job finance and/or coding experience in an acute care hospital.
Certified Coder, (CPC-H or CCS) required.
Preferred Registered Health Information Administrator or Registered Health Information Technician.
Must have coding certification from either AHIMA or AAPC.
