Pride Plumbing is looking to add a another individual to their already amazing office staff.
The Ideal Candidate would have be able to execute the following:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluates customer calls and assign the best technician to each service appointment.
- Determines and schedules orders according to urgency.
- Provides superior customer service to new and existing customers.
- Achieves daily service and productivity standards and producing high quality work.
- Responds to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
- Handles inbound calls from customers and service technicians.
- Schedules and dispatch calls while maximizing the service technician's productivity and minimizing travel time.
- Updates customers throughout the day on the technician's progress.
- Responsible for supporting a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment-free work environment by understanding and complying with the Employee Handbook and Safety Policy/Manual and all Human Resources policies, and by demonstrating the Company's values and being a role model for the Company Brand.

This is a Part time position, with opportunity for full time in the future.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
