- Compensation : $20 / hr

Call Center Agent Job Summary :
The Call Center Agent schedules patients for diagnostic procedures at contracted radiology facilities. The agent answers inbound calls and makes outbound calls as necessary to ensure the patient receives his / her services promptly.
Call Center Agent Responsibility :
- Answer incoming calls from claim adjusters, patients, facilities, referring providers etc.
- Work directly with Claim Adjusters providing concierge service to top tier clients.
- Follow Special Account Instructions delivering superior service to all client partners.
- Meet and exceed aggressive service level commitments.
- Complete pending patients call list assigned daily.
- Document each patient file accurately with details of the scheduling encounter and update all parties.
- Ensure appropriate scheduling documents are forwarded to radiology facilities.
- Use problem solving skills when faced with difficult situations.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
- At least 1 year inbound / outbound Call Center experience
- Experience with PIP / WC precertification preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of ACD phones
- Problem Solving skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to think under pressure and act accordingly
- Ability to work independently or as part of a group
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
