What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commerce coordinator position at PrideStaff?
PrideStaff on behalf of a client is seeking an individual enthusiastic about customer service and e-commerce to join their team as an e-commerce coordinator.
This position will support the product requirements and site management as it relates to the development, launch, and day to day e-commerce operations.
Previous experience in furniture or lighting is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and review product presentation on site to ensure correct categorization, images, copy, pricing and promotional offers are accurate and meet internal requirements.
- Responsible for quality of work in terms of accuracy and content
- Research product images and descriptions for e-commerce platform
- Create virtual images for products for use on the e-commerce platform
- Add content to companies platforms including virtual images, descriptions and price
- Must have great communication and writing skills
- Set up shipping and tax calculation
- Provide reporting as needed to internal teams, as well as appropriate customers.
- Some packaging and shipping promotional products.
- Assist others with special projects not limited to the E-Commerce team.
Qualifications :
- Microsoft office suites.
- Social Media Marketing experience (includes posting, social media marketing campaigns, analytics review, weekly meetings with staff reviewing results.)
- Shopify experience (able to modify website, maintain inventory)
- Experience with branding content (making sure our image stays consistent throughout all our platforms).
Monday - Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
