We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Representative with a background in dental office operations to join our client in a temp to hire role.

Responsibilities :
- Record accurate and detailed information about the type of implants needed. Ensuring the finish product meets the needs and requirements of the patient.
- Handle phone calls, emails, professionally, promptly, and courteously.
- Assist in coordinating billing and insurance processes
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients.
- Handle confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office or healthcare setting with a focus on customer service.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and dental professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Problem-solving skills to address patient concerns and resolve issues professionally.
