Our client in Dallas is growing and looking for a Finance Manager to join their Corporate FP&A team. This role will act as a strategic partner to senior management and key member of the team.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, reporting, and alignment phases for financial goals for corporate; Drive the budget, forecast and long range plan processes for multiple business units
- Responsible for financial reporting, and monthly reviews with executive teams
- Lead expense management
- Create dynamic financial models that will help automate and streamline forecasting
Will work strategically alongside leadership while providing support and guidance to business units
- Monthly variance analysis and preparation of reports and presentations for Leadership
- Manage ad hoc projects or reporting needs
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred, and at least 3 years experience in FP&A
Expert Excel skills
Advanced financial modeling skills
Experience with OneStream, Hyperion or Tableau desired
Qualifications
- Must be able to build strong internal partnerships, collaborate well with a team and be eager to put in the effort needed to be a successful member of the team.

- High level of accuracy. Ability to meet established deadlines.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $100000.00 - $135000.00 Per
Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
