Production associate

A rapidly growing science-based skincare company in Mission Viejo is seeking Production Associates to assist in the manufacturing operations.

The organization is under new leadership and there are excellent growth opportunities for individuals looking for a career.

Training will be provided and every Friday the company buys everyone lunch! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity, with starting pay ranging from $18 to 19 / hour, based on experience, The hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, with overtime possible on Saturdays.

Job Summary :

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely customer shipments.
• Assemble, package, and prepare goods for shipment.
• Complete quality assurance on goods and products.
• Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory.
• Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process.
• Utilize machinery, assembly equipment and pallet jacks.
• Maintain the quality and upkeep of equipment including machinery.
• Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations. Required Skills / Abilities :
• Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods, able to work in a space that lacks climate control or lifting objects with an established maximum weight of 50lbs.
• Able to add, subtract and divide using a calculator.
• Ability to follow directions accurately.
• Attention to detail and organization skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to work overtime when needed.
