POSITION SUMMARY

To-Go Specialists make the first great impression on Fans as well as controlling the smooth and efficient flow of take-out orders for the restaurant. They create a welcoming experience whether greeting a Fan at the door, on the phone, or in the parking lot.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Maintains a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat, clean, and professional image.
2. Provides a warm and welcoming greeting to each Fan including opening the door whenever possible.
3. Answers the phone with the correct greeting and within 3 rings.
4. Handles take-out and call-in orders, rings order, packages in appropriate containers.
5. Deliver food to fans in our restaurant parking lot as needed.
6. Ensure an exceptional To-Go experience for every Fan.
7. Using our internal tracking and delivery systems, this position will ensure guest orders are packaged accurately, payments are received properly and delicious meals are delivered promptly to guests.
8. Possesses proficient knowledge of the menu.
9. Communicates Fan questions or concerns to Coaches as appropriate.
10. Balances cash drawer as needed.
11. Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures throughout shift.
12. Completes the opening, shift change, and closing checklists found in multi-colored wall units as well as weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
13. Performs other duties as needed per Coach request.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Ability to write and read the English language.
2. Good communication skills, friendly, and people oriented.
3. Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.
4. Possesses basic math skills.
5. Able to operate POS system for transactions.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

1. Stands 100% of the shift.
2. Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and wiping.
3. Able to deliver food, beverages, and clear tables which may require lifting as much as 50lbs.
