Responsibilities
Client Management : Oversee and maintain client accounts, providing exceptional service and personalized insurance solutions.
Consultative Services : Offer expert advice to clients on their insurance needs, recommending tailored solutions to protect their assets and loved ones.
Policy Administration : Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently to ensure seamless service to clients.
Claims Assistance : Assist clients in navigating the claims process, providing support and guidance when needed.
Continuous Development : Stay informed on industry trends and product developments to provide informed recommendations and advice to clients.
Requirement
Licensing : Active New York State Property & Casualty License is preferred.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or account management is advantageous.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Detail-Oriented : Ability to pay close attention to details and accurately assess client needs.
Adaptability : Comfortable working in a hybrid remote work environment while maintaining high productivity levels.
