Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build rapport with potential and existing clients through proactive communication and personalized service.
Insurance Guidance: Provide expert advice on insurance products and services, helping clients make informed decisions about their coverage.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims, ensuring a seamless experience.
Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective cross-selling and upselling of insurance products.
Community Involvement: Participate in local events and initiatives to strengthen community ties and promote the agency.
Continuous Improvement: Attend training and professional development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess a current Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Must have 1 years of current experience in insurance sales. Current or previous Allstate Insurance highly desired.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Client Focus: Strong commitment to ensuring client satisfaction and meeting customer needs.
Adaptability: Ability to navigate a hybrid work environment effectively while maintaining productivity.
