Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Property Accountant
Location: Orlando, FL
Compensation: $50,000-65,000 bonus
Job Type: Full Time

What We're Looking For:
- The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar from an accredited university
- They would prefer a Master’s or CPA
- Would prefer experience in residential or commercial property management accounting
- They are looking for someone with at least 3 years of total experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Post journal entries to the general ledger and complete bank reconciliations
- Process all property AP, checking for proper coding and approvals.
- Assist with quarterly and annual Common Area Reconciliations and billings
- Responsible for month end financials
- Maintaining Excel Sub ledgers for Utility Deposits, Accounts Payable, Accrued Liabilities, etc.
- Assist with vendor collection balance inquiries
- Assist with setting up newly acquired properties.
- Perform ad hoc projects and assist in all areas of operation as requested by management
- Prepares schedules for internal Quarterly Financial Reviews.
- Submits Real Estate and Insurance bills to lender for payment from mortgage escrow accounts as necessary
- Prepares accurate and in-depth tax preparation package(s) on an annual basis
