We are losing our current office/business manager/ bookkeeper & more, to relocation.
Prime 1 Builders is a full-service residential builder of new homes, additions, and some
remodeling. We have been in business for 22 years.
This is a full-time office position with no work from home eligibility. Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Accounts payable/ Accounts Receivable
Bi-weekly payroll processing/payroll taxes (in House via QuickBooks) for 12 employees /-
Managing Company Simple IRA Plan
QuickBooks Accounting Software
Financial reporting in QuickBooks
Reconcile multiple bank accounts & company credit cards.
Admin - company records / files- (no construction admin as part of this role)
Office management - office supplies, business licenses,
Insurance - Business, GL, subcontractors’ certificates, audits, builders’ risk
Vehicles and Equipment registrations, titles, schedule services/maintenance
HR – Process new hires, onboarding and offboarding paperwork, time sheets, PTO tracking.
Manage Health insurance plans; review renewals, make recommendations.
Rental property bookkeeping for 12 residential and 7 commercial tenants /-.
Year-end processing of W2's, 1099's, preparing financial date for accountant.
The new hire will be trained by the existing business manager.
**Background in Construction a PLUS**
This position qualifies for PTO, Health Benefits and Company Simple IRA after waiting period
