Candidate must be based in Florida. This position reports to our Delray Beach office full-time.
Compensation: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience (base salary and commission).
Who We’re Looking For:
Prime Case is seeking an experienced driven and assertive team member who excels at developing and building new relationships with professionals. This role will include reaching out to law firms through calls, emails, and other marketing leads. This job is for you if you are goal-oriented, personable, upbeat, and enjoy working with people. - Generate revenue by targeting law firms via warm leads, online research, and our proprietary database
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and reach out to prospects via high-volume calls and emails to qualify leads
- Build and maintain relationships with lawyers and paralegals at law firms
- Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of the competitive law firm landscape and be able to effectively articulate our value proposition and represent the brand to lawyers and legal staff
- Maintain accurate account information and pipeline data via in-house CRM software
- Provide daily and weekly feedback and report on lead generation, prospecting, and opportunities
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience is a must and legal industry or legal funding experience selling to law firms is preferred
- Must be able to handle a high volume of calls throughout the day
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Broad-based knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation to relationship management
- Proficient in office technology products and software, Salesforce a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to think creatively and focus on opportunities for growth
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail is a must
