Overview
Oversees all program operations and provides both administrative and clinical oversight to ensure fidelity to EISS model. Is able to identify program needs, set clinical and case management practice standards, ensure adherence to best practices, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and documentation. Manager interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, and works to promote positive relations with the community as well as with State, County, and local hospitals. Manager is a member of the BH OP Management Team which works together to ensure all services within the BH continuum operate efficiently, optimize productivity, and maintain high standards of care.
Responsibilities
Coordinates the operations of departments and services and assures quality service provision and the achievement of all goals, objectives, and service commitments. Promotes positive relationships with all stakeholders.
