Floating Leasing Assistant:
FUNCTION: Handle all leasing, marketing, sales, customer service and administrative responsibilities.
REPORTS TO: Property Manager/Leasing Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including, but not limited to)
Marketing/Sales/Leasing/Customer Service
Handle sales, outreach, prospecting and lead generation with a focus on converting leads into sales.
Conduct marketing surveys and weekly traffic reports. Make recommendations based on analysis of reports.
Handle marketing outreach to include interacting with neighborhood groups and community organizations.
Greet prospective residents and show apartments
Assist in the preparation of newsletters, market surveys and resident activities. Attend all assigned resident activities.
Administrative/Operations
Process applications and lease renewals
Enter guest cards and traffic information
Assist new residents during the move in process.
Work with the maintenance team to handle apartment turnovers, move ins and move out and work order requests.
Maintain effective internal controls over operational activities in compliance with best practice policies and guidelines.
Clean model apartment, community center and office areas.
Clean hallways and common areas.
Clean laundry facilities.
Touch up painting in common areas as needed
