About Prime Meats. Prime Meats is a family-owned private meat packaging and distribution company based in Duluth, GA. Prime Meats has been serving restaurants, butcher shops, and grocery stores in the Southeast since 1992.
Position: Sales Representative.
We offer:
Competitive pay (makeup to 100k! with added commission).
You will be eligible to receive a guaranteed $1,000 bonus for the first 3 months and a $500 bonus for the following 4-6 months OR commission of gross margin (You will receive the higher of the two).
4% Sales Commission achieving on gross margin $100 for each new customer ($200 gross margin must be achieved).
Monthly car allowance and cell phone allowance.

Sales Representative Purpose. Developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. Account executive works to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and deliver a positive customer experience.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
Gain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume and maintain profitable sales margin.
Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers with everything they need.
Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
Meets with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.
Sales Representative Skills:
2 years of sales experience.
Bi-lingual (preferred).
Excellent negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
