Outside Sales Representative (Spanish required).

Position : Sales Representative (Hispanic market).

We offer :

• Competitive pay (makeup to 100k! with added commission).
• Monthly car allowance and cell phone allowance ($1,000).
• You will be eligible to receive a guaranteed $1,000 bonus for the first 3 months and a $500 bonus for the following 4-6 months OR commission of gross margin (You will receive the higher of the two).
• 2-4% Sales Commission achieving on gross margin $100 for each new customer ($200 gross margin must be achieved).

Sales Representative Purpose :

Developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. Account executive works to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries on time, and deliver a positive customer experience.

Sales Representative Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success with Spanish-speaking clients.
• Gain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume, and maintain profitable sales margin.
• Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers with everything they need.
• Meets with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company’s relationship.
• Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.

Sales Representative Skills :

• 2 years of sales experience.
• Food Industry, Hospitality, or Customer Service background required
• Bi-lingual (preferred).
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
