What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR / Dispatcher position at PrimeCare Transport?
MUST HAVE at least 2 years of Dispatch/CSR experience
We are looking for a friendly voice to assist patients, families and facilities with new orders, quotes, account questions, cancellations and other queries. Clear speaking voice and multitasking is a must. Applicant must be dependable, have reliable transportation, and be savvy with data entry software. Shift will be 8 hours, times to be determined (most likely 7am - 4pm).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly and quickly determine reason for their call
- Use telephone to reach out to customers and verify information.
- Enter, modify, confirm and/or cancel appointments.
- Advise and educate customers on company information and services.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone and email.
- Utilize computer technology to handle call volumes.
- Work with fellow Dispatcher to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
