We are currently looking for Baggage Handling Agents to join our growing team. As a valued member of the PrimeFlight team, you will provide prompt and efficient service to our Airline partner and their customers by performing the following duties:
- Assist Passengers with all baggage-related issues including loss, delay, damage and alleged pilferage claims.
- Set delayed baggage up for delivery and/or forward delayed daggage
- Arrange for replacement or repair of passenger baggage as required
- Prepare reports and make certain delay and damage cause code assignments as required
- Issue customer compensation as per carrier policy
- Exceed PrimeFlight Customer Service Standards in a stressful baggage service office environment
- Become certified and enforce the hazmat/dangerous goods policy of the customer airline(s) concerning checked baggage
- Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location
- Exceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- Carry out other duties as assigned.

General Qualifications:
- 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Must be able to pass a background check, and able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)
Linguistic requirements
Candidates must speak English and Mandarin fluently.

- Specific vision abilities required for this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
