What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fuel Admin position at PrimeFlight?
As a valued member of the PrimeFlight team, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the fueling group, including fueling functions. In this position you will perform the following functions:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily fuel tickets
- Point of contact between airline personnel and fueling company
- Delivery of fuel information by 10:00am deadline
- Review completed fuel orders for error
- Balance fuel outtake meters
- Carry out other duties as assigned
- Exceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards

General Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid state driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
Education/Experience:
High School degree (College degree a plus)
Previous administrative and/or aircraft fueling
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Computer Skills:
Basic Understanding of Computer Applications and Data Entries.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may become high at various times. Employees must be willing to wear/utilize company-supplied personal protective equipment (hearing protection) to mitigate their noise exposure.

The candidate must be willing to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support operations.
